You cannot get a white skin the best thing you can do is get a bleaching done in a parlour and after that you should use sunscreen in your hands so that u will not get tanned.use papaya and milk power paste and use when you have time apply in your hands.

first check your health, if you have any health problem also you will have hair problem .your HB count should be12.You can get a frequent hair massage.pls avoid conditioner when you have heavy hair fall.
