Control your diet means eating a balanced and healthy diet devoid of too much fat, sugar and junk. The only exercise I can safely recommend through e mail is walking. Be happy and believe you are beautiful. Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder and beauty is beyond skin deep. Take Care.

Elderly people need to be occupied. Given a fairly easy responsibility to make them feel wanted and give a purpose to their life. They are lonely and need attention. What ever the family problem is need to be sorted out to give him relief and he needs to know that he has done his best through out his life for his family, he should relax ,enjoy and do the things that make him happy. How to get relieve from leg pain during pregnancy?
|

Avoid standing for long hours, or sitting with the feet resting on the ground. Swollen feet will hurt, gently keep moving your foot and ankle while at rest. Do not walk for long hours continuously. A contrast bath will help, alternately dipping the legs till the calf muscle in Luke warm water n cold water alternately finishing with cold water always. Take Care.

I m in 5th month of pregnancy, after I pregnant ,I m not getting sleep properly ,always some tension in my mind and I m very worry about my sleeping position, I don’t know what is the right position to sleep ,if my sleeping position is wrong is it affect my baby? Please suggest me good position to sleep is it vary from each month?

Any position is a good position to sleep; no harm will come to your baby. Do not lie down on your back for more than 20 mints at a stretch. Make sure you drink plenty of water during the day so you can gradually reduce your water intake around bedtime to reduce the no of visits to the toilet. Dinners beyond 9 pm can cause acidity and heart burns, early dinner n a small snack before bed time if you sleep late is advisable. Warm Milk does help induce sleep. A walk in the eve can tire you slightly to give you good sleep. Try some deep breathing before you sleep. If nothing works don’t stress what ever sleep u get is fine, if you do get to nap in the afternoon its ok. Don’t think too much this is normal in pregnancy, it simply prepares you for the long nights of feeding and diaper changing once the baby is born. Take care.

Congratulations, wait for the 4th month to complete, if all is ok then walking for 10 mints is fine. I do not recommend exercises over mail as if misunderstood or done in a wrong manner will affect you the most. Never the less if u can visit the studio or call for details in the class n sign up exercises will be taught after looking at the scan reports and having the mother’s history. See you soon.

Now I m in 6th month of pregnancy .Now a days I have lower back pain is it safe during pregnancy? Please help me to relieve from this lower back pain.

Back pain is very much a part of the pregnancy, theoretically demonstrating exercises over mail without practical input is not my cup of tea, but here are a few tips, avoid lifting weights that need not be lifted get help. Lifting mild to moderately heavy objects fro the floor level will again give you a back ache. Bending the back slightly along with the knees is advisable to pick up objects from the floor. Avoid continuous standing or sitting for more than 20 to 30 mints at a stretch, change positions in between. While standing you will notice that the back is arched because of the protruding tummy. Ps stand with legs slightly wide apart and square your shoulders and always straighten the back. While sitting make it a practice to use chairs with back support and fit a tiny cushion or a rolled up towel in the arch of the back. If you have long hours of sitting at work or standing in the kitchen reduce it. Take care

Can flat foot in 2-2.6 yrs old kids go away on its own as he grows? are there some excercises that help a falt foot kid develop an arch

It is a bit too early to declare that the child will have a flat foot as he grows up. Simplest way to develop the arch would to make the child walk bare foot on the beach on dry sand. Make sure you buy footwear that is of a good quality that will have an arch built in its design. It is ok for the child to have one or two good quality footwear rather than loads of average ones. Am 25 yrs old. working in software concern. past few days am getting severe shoulder pain. for pain relief i did exercise also but there is no improvement.one of my fried ask me to consult physiotherapist. any treatment is there for my shoulder pain?

Since you are only twenty five, you first need to check if it has something to do with your posture at work or the way you carry your laptop, simple changes and strengthening the shoulder will help. If you are having other joint aches or frozen shoulder, physiotherapy will help.

My mother in law has knee problem. some time she unable to walk also. physiotherapy treatment is best for her pain or any other treatment is available.

Since I have no status as to how long her knee pain is persisting, her age and the cause of her pain I am unable to comment, yes physiotherapy is an option but if pain is severe and she is unable to live life normally surgery may be an option. God Bless and Take Care.

Hello,
Your brother will need some strengthening exercises to regain the strength in the arm and exercises to regain the full range of movement in the hand. The pain will subside gradually as he starts using the arm slowly. Caution must be exercised between straining the arm and optimal use. The human body remains in good condition when used optimally according to each body parts function. Please wish him a speedy recovery.
