Hi Cmoms,

I am glad to share that chennaimoms conducted the workshop in Ceequence, Saidapet on "Diet and Exercises in hectic life style" on May 28th evening.

Thanks to Ms.Shanthi, Head HR of Ceequence who helped us organize the workshop.

Shanthi is one of our chennaimoms member too! She got to know about the workshop through our newsletter and was interested to organize the same for her colleagues too.
