Tips for personality development of kids:

            1.Excessive discipline is harmful

            2.Do not trouble the child continuously.

            3.Dont discourage the child.

           4.Sever punishment should be avoided. The child should be given a change to identify itself and punishment should be the last part.

           5.Parents should not be over-ambitious regarding their children and they should not set goals for a child which is not in harmony with his achievements and interests.

          6. It will get negative mark in the proper development of the child's personality.

         7.Do not praise or reward your child always.

         8.Do not scold child all the time for small faults.
