Hi All,
I have bought a PRO BODYLINE cycle a year back, its like you can do cycling(sitting on the seat) as well as do a jogging kind of while standing on the pedals with moveable handle bars.
Nowadays, slowly am feeling knee pain... am wondering is it bse of doing cycling??
some say it is not advisable to climb n do cycling n over a period of time u will feel the joint pains... is it true??
Please advise.. for now i have stopped doing cycling at home nowadays...

The pain has nothing to do with cycling. Probably a wrong posture for long periods could do the harm. You could check up with your doctor if there is any problem with your bone, if it is weak.
It is not true that cycling causes pain.
