i   agree  completely .  Srikkanth  , is  talented  indeed ,  but  given  chances  more  than  enough ...For   his  age  he's   amazing ,  to  remember  the  lyrics ,  rendering    is  fairly  good,cute   stage  presence .  But   to  eliminate  sahana  ,  when  srikanth  is  still  kept   on  the  run ! ,,,  doesn't    feel  good ...Those   who've   learnt  carnatic   hve  to  clarify   as  to  wht   wayz   srikanth  better   singer  than  sahana. Okay    you  had  him  till  top 10  for  his  age  but  if   for  trp   sake    he's   gonna  be  along,   then  the  its  meaningless.

Kudos  to  sahana  and  her  mom .  They  left   with  dignity!  She's   a   super   singer  ,  to   come  so  far  in  her  first  on  stage  competition .  First   time  holding  the  mic.

Alka  is  a  prodigy  indeed ,  so  confident,  neat  singing  what  else   you  add...And   also  she's   so  experienced.....so  shes   gonna   outbeat  others  ,  i    guess!  very   easily ...

s , i too felt this long time back..Judges shud  judge without any partiality.sahana cant even be compared with srikanth.

this may discourage other children ...even if another season starts all the children whoo r participating and also the viewers will never hv a good impression though they hv good TRPs.

 I dont watch this program so i dont know any of these kids... I just watched Priyanka's songs in youtube.. just because she is our Mallika's niece.  Is she in the final participants?  What are the timings?... Will watch if Priyanka is still in it...

I have been telling my husband and everyone else that Srikanth does not deserve to be even in the top 20...He is just 6 years old...and he is getting over-exposed. Poor thing...! He has a good sense of shruthi and taamal for his age ..yes...but no comparison to the others in the top ten! What a waste of time!

Amazing singers, pavam china pula vidunga pa..intha age la evlavu memory power thats a good one, but i too felt that the judges r giving him toomany chances ,,but i am sure he will removed soon...small kid na, thats y , and he reallt sings well...so cheers to Srikant, nice entertainer.

My vote is for Alka..wow she reminds me...i look like her during that age..Whenever she comes on the screen , i feel myself to be there..

i watched 1ly 3 r 4 episodes. yes i too thought of the same thing long time back and telling my mom who watch this program regularly.......he sings the song perfectly as it is but i couldnt enjoy it......dunno y..........something missing.......

sssss pa srikanth they keep only for TRP purpose ...............thiz happens all the time in vijay tv

last yr also they made elimination for TRP purpose alway s there is a paritiallity in this tv

how can they eliminate srikanth... he has got so many fan s.. n TRP will fall .. n there will be one big hungama .. even if he is eliminted am sure they ll drag him in wild card..

I love singing shows & this time I decided that I will not watch them

Fact being - the judges are too liberal & kids easily get away with their mistakes..

All north Indian shows are also lot of drama but the standard is too high - simply because the judges comment on the current performance & not what a kid can do...

Only because of the lenient judgment the standard of singing is actually not great...

There can be a few expectations in this top group ...But given the right directions(not the motivation..because already they are motivated too much and made lazy)...i think we will shine to our fullest potential.

Even I felt the same.. Sahana is a great singer.. Vijay Tv is not eliminating Srikanth for TRP as all others said. But a good talented person like Sahana should not be eliminated just for this. But Soon he ll be eliminated. And no doubt, he is an efficient talent person in this small age.

Srikanth being a small kid... hats off to him for remembering the lyrics and singing... but he can participate in the next Airtel Super Singer Juior 3....

yes  i    also   feel   standard  is  not  good .  I    think    ASSJ - 1  ,    was   b..e..t..t..e..r..! 

And   talking  abt   such  shows  on  north  or  other  regional  languages , any one    who    cannot  do  justice  to  the   language  can  dare  to   sing .  Pronunciation  flaws   wont   be  accepted .

Feels good that so many people follow this pgm. It sure gives a platform for talented kids and gives them confidence.

Simply love to listen the songs, sung with innocence by the kids.

I am amazed to see so many kids with talent and confidence personified in this show. The parents must have given a lot of input to these kids.

But somehow there are some points which irritate me.

I feel these shows pressurize the kids for a good performance in very short notice. I mean the long shoots and rehearsals. Secondly each kid has to face so much criticism for  deviation in shruti, taalam or bhavam. These technicalities can be perfected with practice.

Also they expect the kids to be versatile, experts in every genre of song. Personally, i feel each voice is suited to a particular genre. A person singing melody cannot always sing a peppy number and viceversa.

Another factor that has come into judging now is the "stage performance" . They expect some song and dance. Kids unable to do that are sidelined. Not all kids have the ease to perform on stage.

I need to mention specifically about nithyashri. Talented singer, no doubt.

But sometimes her dance movements make me squirm in my seat . They are extremely unlike for a 11 yr old kid( for that matter, not even for an adult). Pardon me, if i live in the stone age, but what do you people think  of this?

As pointed out earlier, TRP requirements affect the judging decisions a lot.

My fav performer was Sahana. I loved the fact that she didnt resort to any hyper activities on stage. She always remained her calm self.

Alka ajith is a prodigy and Srinisha n Priyanka give a tough competition. Sarath, prasannasunthar and roshan are excellant from the boys side.

yah! Alka is a great singer. She is a very very good singer. She kw 11 languages to sing, as weel as she sang 7000 songs also. She won loads of awards.

Very very difficult to competiate with alka, Bt nithya shree, roshan, priyanka, shravan, srinisha are fighting with alka.

And, as you are all said also correct, Finally the judges,  eliminated srikanth last round.

He is good singer in his age. He wont mistake any lyrics.

Pls frnds, pray for priyanka and give your vote for her.

I feel there is a regionalistic discrimination in the pgm....in today's telecast, Roshan was given more relaxations at the elimination point while the super performer of the day  - Nithyashree was left back with so many comments and finally decided that Roshan was better than Nithyashree inspite of the fact that Roshan's performance of the day was poor..... And finally due to Janaki Amma's reccomendation, the elimination was relaxed... i feel this is injustice to the best performance put in by the little girl...

yes , i definitely agree with you.roshan and alka will escape easily even though they commit any mistakes.i'm a regular viewer of this pgm,but now-a-days i'm not at all interested to watch it
