Some people age more gracefully than others in the same age. It shows that they follow a right diet and undergo a healthy life style. So here are few tips to follow to prevent wrinkles which decides our age.
As you get older, the genes that control inflammation, the production and strength of collagen, and your skin's ability to retain water begin to behave in a way that encourages the development of wrinkles. Your skin begin to thin and the layer of fat underneath the skin shrinks. So let we see what we have to do to get rid and to overcome wrinkles.
Step 1: More exposure to sun can dehydrate your skin and you may get wrinkles soon. In the same way very less exposure to sun will reduce the vitamin D level. So you should have a minimal exposure to sun but use a effective sun block cream with SPf 15 and also wear Big hat and cooling glasses while going in sun.
Step 2: Don’t expose in sun in between 10am to 3pm.
Step 3: Antioxidants help your body defend against free radicals which comes from UV rays which will be absorbed by your skin and make changes in your DNA and cause wrinkles. So eat some foods like pomegranate, blue berries and drink Green Tea which is rich in antioxidants.
Step 4: Wearing sunglasses can prevent the skin around the eyes to prevent squinting which is also like wrinkling.
Step 5: Heavy smokers are almost 5 times more likely to show excessive wrinkling than nonsmokers. So try to quit or reduce smoking.

Step 8: Sleep well minimum sleep for 8 hours daily. A peaceful sleep reduces the wrinkles.
Step 9: Drink Water: 6-8 glasses per day to keep the skin hydrated
