Quilling
Strips of paper !Strips of paper! Just strips of paper…..Becomes an art
This month for the creative artists we have Paper Filigree or Quilling workshop. A fascinating 3 dimensional paper craft involving thin strips of paper. These paper strips are rolled, curled and pinched to create miniature designs. An ancient craft, experiencing/undergoing its rebirth these days.
This filigree art supports, benefits the fine motor skills, creativity and patience. It adapts to each one's abilities since doing Quilling can be simple and complex.
The results are always beautifully impressive and unique. After this workshop, you can continue being an artist at home. They can decorate birthday invitations, make wonderful presents or even whole figures like animals or flowers.
Come! Unleash your creative juices!!!!
