Many people they feel like they don’t have no power and can’t concentrate. some of the people irreparable every time and get tension. It is also one of the symptoms of the depression, depression is also affect physiologically and physically so every one should aware of this. Depression has long been associated with a variety of physiological symptoms, including joint and muscle pain.

Researches found that who are affected by depression they have a chance to affect lower bone density.

Apparently, depression increases the activity of osteoclasts - specialized cells responsible for the breakdown of bone.

This is important because osteoporosis is the most widespread degenerative disease in the so-called “developed countries”.

So add this to the list of reasons that people who are  suffering from depression should get medical help.  Symptoms of depression, include:

§                            Loss of interest in normal daily activities

§                            Feeling sad or down

§                            Feeling hopeless

§                            Crying spells for no apparent reason

§                            Problems sleeping

§                            Trouble focusing or concentrating

§                            Difficulty making decisions

§                            Unintentional weight gain or loss

§                            Irritability

§                            Restlessness

§                            Being easily annoyed

§                            Feeling fatigued or weak

§                            Feeling worthless

§                            Loss of interest in sex

§                            Thoughts of suicide or suicidal behavior

§                            Unexplained physical problems, such as back pain or headaches

Meditation is the  best treatment for depression. . If medication is part of your treatment, either your primary care physician or a psychiatrist will supervise the medical part of your treatment, while you continue psychotherapy with a psychologist. Self-medication can be dangerous. Interpretation of both the signs and symptoms of depression, and identification of possible side effects, are jobs for the professional. The prescription and management of medication, in all cases, must be done by a responsible physician working closely with the patient, his/her psychologist, and sometimes the patient's family. This is the only way to ensure that the most effective use of medication is achieved with minimum risk of side effects or complications.

So avoid self meditation you should go with meditation classes or consult with them.
