Hi All,
There are 3 venues shortlisted and the details are given below. There are only 23 moms who have confirmed their attendence on jan 9th. So worst case assumption of 25 moms, I've given the budget below. Please check the shared excel for details on the cost. Please let me know...
1. Bamboola - Rs.12000 total. Rs.480 per mom
2. Adyar Alumni club - Rs.10000 total. Rs.400 per mom
3. Adyar Gandhi nagar club - Rs.7000+ total. Rs.300 per mom (But this does not have stage).
Decide and let me know by tonight max.

somewhere in between both. I think stage is a requirement. so lets go for it.
I too feel and prefer Adyar Alumini Club... becos Bamboola is open space and Adyar Gandhi Nagar Club doesn't have a stage....
i will be sure joining for jan 9th New Year Bash.
if more moms join i think cost per moms would come down and we can choose a better place
.is there any charges if we come along with our kids.

My choice is Adyar Alumni Club. What are the charges for kids below 5? and Above 5?
I might bring along two more adults and shall give a confirmation if more would join on the 19th.
I hope the cost has taken all expenditure including gifts/games/hidden and misc costs etc?
