Hi....Friends..We have so many of us as working mother..Most of us face problem of taking care of kids..Day care is one of the option..It is very difficult to get maid in chennai, I feel day care is safe compare to leaving kids with maids..Once you leave them at home, you really do not know how they take care..While day care having brand names take care well..What would be rigth age putting kids in day care?? Wht are the pros and cons?

My son goes to the day care after school. There are some really good day cares now a days and some of them are pretty expensive. But if you really like the facilities, you might feel its worth the money.
Right age?? thats a debatable question. I have seen mothers put their kids at 4 months itself. and some of them put their kids only after they are above 8 - 10 years old.
There are some compromises with using day cares - like use of diapers,
