Fruit Chat for Kids in Hot Summer

 

It is a good recipe for kids to overcome heat in summer time. Fruits are naturally good to hydrate your body because in summer naturally kids loose more water and essential glucose. So fruits help to prevent the glucose and water level in body. It is a delicious dish which is healthy as well as enjoyed by kids too.

 

Ingredients to prepare Fruit chat

 

  1. Apples                    - 1
  2. Papaya                   -  1/2 piece
  3. Green Grapes           - ½ cup
  4. Black Grapes            - ½ cup
  5. Orange                   - 2
  6. Water Melon            - 2 large piece
  7. Musk melon              - 1/2

 

Ingredients for Dressing

 

  1. Salt (Kosher)           - ½ tablespoon
  2. Sugar(or) Honey       - 1 tablespoon
  3. Chaat Masala           - 1 tablespoon
  4. White pepper powder - ½ spoon
  5. Lemon Juice             - 2 tablespoon
  6. Olive Oil                  - 1 tablespoon

 

Method of preparing Dressing

 

  • In a bottle mix Salt, sugar, white pepper poder, olive oil and Lemon juice and shake the bottle well.

 

Method of Preparing the Fruit Chaat

 

  • Cut all the fruits into your desired shapes and keep it in a bowl.
  • Pour the mixture on top of the fruits and sprinkle the chaat masala and mix it well.
  • Serve in cups
