Today morning i went to one shop to buy grocery... there one educated person was standing beside me and he was smoking... i got so irritated by that smell... i closed my nose without telling him anything so that he will understand... he was still standing there...
I gave him a wearied look and said can please go that side and smoke as the shop was fully crowed... he didnt respond to me... he neglected me... and he asked shop person to give his items fast so that i will leave early... he took and went...
Smoking becomes common things for the people. They always smoke without concern about the surroundings. Some people thought smoking can liberate their tension and can relax their mind. How about the nonsmoker?
What you people think about smoking in public place??

yes true shilpa, though there is ban on smoking in public places,, many of them dont care.. that is why our country is developing very slowly.. people foget the basic courtesy they need to show to other human beings around them.. First of all the public should show interest in development of our own country.. People here know only to complain and put up the blame on others but they forget their basic duties they owe towards our own land.
u know passive smoking is as dangerous as the active smoking.. So people should learn to care about others too...
I just read a shocking story about a chinese boy who is just 3 years old and he is already addicted to smoking and drinking.. I really felt very bad reading this news.. just imagine a 3 year old toddler holding glasses and cigaretted in his hand.... my god!!! horrible.. Hope our country will not have to see such things in future...

@ Smitha... actually that 3 yr.. is not boy.... she meet with an accident... got some brain damage... then after recovered.. she started acting like boy.... if her parents won't get her boy's cloths.. she use to do resist & was not at all wearing the girls cloths...
your incident is totally horrible! i feel very bad for you. i guess i would have got very, very angry with the guy and shouted at him!
Something i get so irritated about the habit smokers that they dont take care that sometimes they have their own little kid around them and how it would harm the child.
I was once on my way to office and saw a small shop where they collect unwanted things like paper,bottles etc.I saw the owner of the shop smoking while collecting the papers ignorant of the fact that his few months old baby is in his lap.I went to the shop and told him please either smoke outside or put your baby away from you.He was such a gentleman that he immediately threw the cigarrette.After telling him when such an uneducated person can understand i really wonder why these educated people behave in a weird way inspite of telling them.
we get to see such reactions very rarely vidya... it is true that many uneducated people behave much sensibly than the educated ones sometimes. ..
wonder wen will this world change...
