Kashi Ladoo
Ingredients
· Milk – 1 liter
· Coconut – 1 big
· Sugar – 1 cup
· Elachi – 2
· Dry coconut – 1/2
· Badam - few
Method
· Heat milk in a boiling pan until it becomes half liter
· Grate coconut and add to boiling milk
· Once it starts thickening add sugar to the mixture and keep stiring to avoid lumps
· Powder elachi and a spoon of sugar together and mix it to the content
· Check the consistency if you are able to make a ball using the mixture remove from fire and keep aside for 2 minutes.
· Apply little ghee to hands and start making balls from the mixture
· Now grate the dry coconut and dip the balls in it
· For Decoration keep a Badam on each ball.
