Take a long cloth and wrap around your tummy and tie it with 3 strings at least so that it is sturdier. That’s it. Any cloth will do as long as it is long and are able to wrap around your waist. Usually we start to do this right after delivery. You can put it on as long as you want.
Do yogasanas to reduce your tummy.
Traditionally after delivery it is recommended to apply sesame oil all over the body before taking bath. This reduces the tummy.
Do abdominal exercises to reduce extra fat in your belly like some tummy tucking exercises.
Do aerobic exercises like walking, jogging, swimming and running.
Avoid oily foods, ghee, butter, pizza at least till your belly gets reduced.
You have to add some fat burning foods such as broccoli, oatmeal, apple and grapefruit to shed weight in fast phase.
Don’t prefer junk foods and add more vegetables and fruits in your regular diet.
Don’t take too much extra rest that too at once having your food.
Drink at least 8 glasses of water.
Irregularity of exercise is the main reason for over weight and huge tummy so go for regular exercises to come back to your normal.
Few exercises to reduce tummy fat:
Stand straight with feet apart. Raise your hands up completely. Now bend down and touch your feet with your hand.
Lie flat on your back with hands under the head. Lift the shoulder with bent knees over your chest. Touch the left knee with your right elbows. Alternate between both the sides and have a pedalling motion with your knees.
Lie down straight and shoulder width apart and keep your palms under the head. Bend your knees and while get up bring your elbows front and touch the knees. Repeat this for 15 times.
Lie flat on your back and lift your legs. Place them perpendicular to the floor. Lift your shoulder blades, such that you try to touch your legs.
12.) The excellent natural way to shape up and reduce extra weight is to feed your baby. You can burn 700 calories per day by feeding your baby. So breastfeeding is the best way to reduce your tummy.
