Now that this topic came up let me add my list( i have a big one.....but will put in juz a few)

-same as u....hate to see people spit on the roads...wuld they dare do it in their living room??

-anybody sneezing or coughing without closing their mouths....will give them an annoying look then and there

-when people bully u while standing in a line or queue

-the very sight of chennai auto drivers....they are nothing but dacoits with a three wheeler

-when my maid fails to clean up the vessels properly

-when my little one refuses to eat

this can go on and on....will try to pause a bit and wait for others to catch up

i truly agree with ... Etam....

@ Bhavani... - it is a big topic....

my list goes like this.... adding to etam....

1) I should say... if maid is absent without informing ... & whole day wait for her.. then I should do the cleaning..... without other go...

2) speaking loudly in public places.. with others / over mobile...

3) throwing things through windows of vehicle.... which goes & hit the followers...

4) Horning... when Red signal is on...

When maid will take leave with informing (As hema said)

When i saw people smoking in public place.

Ppl will come with pic of god to take take money in signal. So many r there..........................

hi friends,

in addition to all u have listed , my list goes like this...

1) when the auto driver demands more money over the meter amount.,

2) when the conductor of BMTC writes the change amt.on the backside of the ticket,

3) irregular power cuts ,

4) My daughter receives an Airtel call...does something and Rs.100 is cut ! from my balance...

5) when my daughter refuses to eat...,

the list goes on...

Jyothi i will agree with you... Especially Auto people... thy are just too much...

 let me add on:

1) when people drop their waste in public in any nook or corner or dumb their plastic bags anywhere on the pavement/particularly parents telling their kids to dumb plastic wrappers, drink packs, sweet wrappers

2) honking the car, riksha, two wheeler for no reason whatsoever

3) loud, senseless music in just about any shop or restaurant, even in the toilet music is played. additional TV blaring up anywhere nowerdays

4) not finding my kitchen utensils as the maid has placed/hidden them in some unusual place

5) not having the correct change an being told "change illa" (kenglish or is it kannglish?)

6) being overcharged for god knows and sundry, especially by rikdrivers

7) stepping out of the house and being rained on immediately

8) studying with my son for 3,5 hours after he comes from school and being told by some teacher: your child does not learn enough

9) joining the crowd here: small son not eating

10) waking up with a strange headache

11) not getting enough sleep

12) someone assuming i m sitting home and getting bored every day 

13) jeans biting into unwanted meat around the waist and or hip

14) making coffee and figuring out the milk has gone off

15) power cuts when i just switched on washing mashine, dishwasher, espresso mashine, toaster or watercooker

16) receiving the credit card bill

17) guys knocking the door to cash for milk, newspaper, dhobi, water etc.

18) getting stuck in the lift

19) everybody touching my babies cheek with their dirty hands as soon as i walk out

20) not being allowed into public parks with my pram as vehicles are forbidden there nowerdays

In addition to your list,

These gents will urinate wherever & whenever they required. It is yak, they won't see whether ladies or children passing by. This is too irritating to say.

Lack of civic sense in people is what annoys me the most. 

* spitting blowing nose and urinating in public

*  Throwing garbage anywhere and everywhere

*  unplanned constructions

*  Begging

Our politicians!!!! damm on them..they go to foreign countries with the common man's money telling us that they r going on "gaining knowledge about how the 'foreign land' works" and implement it inour land.... only crores of rupees has been spent on their tour..but nothing has been implemented
