Having heard about the news that you’re pregnant, you must be wondering how to relate with your baby. How to pamper the baby, teach the baby, interact and bond with the baby. You await the babies’ arrival to initiate all this. You can actually start doing all these things right and now. Womb can be the most beautiful, cozy and a private place for the mother and baby to initiate bonding, learning and to develop togetherness. The mother can optimize the pregnancy period to do this and more.

Pregnancy is the most imperative stage in any woman’s life. It not only paves way for a happy family expansion but also helps the family to bond together. Pregnancy brings in   a blend of emotions such as happiness, pride, excitement coupled with anxiety, fear, worry and more.  With adequate awareness and knowledge it can become the most pleasurable experience for not only the mother but also for the whole family.

In order to fulfill this latent opportunity for expectant mothers Ojas foundation, a global Vedic research organization has designed an experiential learning program “Janani “.

Pregnancy period brings in physical changes and emotional aberrations hence it needs utmost care and attention to make this as a wonderful journey. Janani as a program aims to equip the expectant mother with adequate flexibility and stamina through its distinctive methodologies of pregnancy yoga, pregnancy pranayama and pregnancy meditation.

With a new member entering the family , the couple needs to fully understand about the  responsibilities of this new role. Janani introduces early parenting to ensure the full responsibility to the expectant couple effectively in the early pregnancy itself.

Janani program is determined to serve the society at large with a broader purpose of creating an emotionally intelligent progeny (baby) who will contribute to the world as responsible individuals with their grounded positive personalities. By introducing the early learning method, right in the womb the parents to be help in laying a stronger foundation for the baby to  grow as a positive individual. This helps in guiding the parents to put a road map as to how they can nurture the baby right from the beginning and experience the fruits of it in the later stages.

The program has been designed combining the essence of Vedic Science and Modern Science.   The program has three exclusive packages depending on the need and aspiration of the participants. The sessions in the program are personalized in nature and are designed with a belief that every expectant mother is special and her needs are different.  Sessions are delivered by a team of professionals from multi- disciplinary fields.

To state a few lines about the organization, Ojas foundation, is a global Vedic health movement founded by Sri. S Tatwamasi Dixt with the quest of promoting the Vedic path to healthy living. The foundation has been involved in continuous research, exploring the rich Vedic knowledge for the application to benefit the society at large. The foundation believes in applying the techniques mentioned in the Vedas and the other alternate sciences for the day-to-day life to enhance the physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.

Ojas foundation has released six CDS of Vedic chants on different topics, of which the CD for Expectant Mothers received an overwhelming response. This inspired the foundation to add further value to the society by designing a unique program “JANANI” for the Expectant Mothers. The program blends both ancient wisdom and modern science, to create an “Emotionally Intelligent Progeny” for a new revolutionary society.

The foundation has been functioning at 22/2 Judge Jambulingam street, off Radhakrishnan Salai, at Mylapore in chennai. You can reach them for more details at 044-28472655 / 28471841 or email to janani@ojasgroup.in check the website www.ojasfoundation.com
