my husband name is k.mohamed farook . mohamed is family name. every one call my husband as farook.
shall i take F is the inital to my daughter's name . ie F.Sherin. if is it ok, in future any problem will come to daughter
or M must be initial. i dont want to take first letter of mohamed as initial. in some cases, surname we have to explorer.
or shall i take my name as initial ie . R.Sherin. my name is Ruby .
DO we have any law for choosing father's as initial..
or shall i take SHERIN FAROOK . no initial. is the school accept this case. becz i do not have much knowledge about this. it is first schooling.
i am a christian. and my husband is a muslim . thats the reason , i am asking.
plz anyone suggest me

yes no initial is accepted my sister's husband does not use initial and my sisters daughter doesnot use initial she uses her name tagged with father's name like sherinfarook also u can have R.sherin(i.e.is ruby sherin) all is legal only thing is u should get it in birth certificate...but i dont know if there is any special law for muslims.

in birth certificate only we can get sherin as name. rite.why we can get sherinfarook/sherinruby in birth certificate.? if we dont want to initial, then we should get .. correct me if am wrong
