What are the chances for the baby to have hereditary diseases. Can it be detected and rectified?

What are the chances for c-section for short women (like me who is just 5 ft tall!) or anything that concerns your physical nature.

i happened to see this...just replying as any one who will see this can note..

We dont have to worry about c-section for 5ft and all..people had successfully undergone who were shorter than this..flexibillity and stamina is needed basically from the pregnant ladies so that it will ease delivery comfortably..

I am having severe tiredness and guidiness..but no vomiting and most importantly i want to know from when to calculate my pregnency as last i got my periods on march 28th 2012,and when to go for ultrasound scan?please help me on these 2 questions

Mam, Im 24 years old. My periods have been quite irregular, but i never have missed even one. It was supposed to happen around oct15, but till nw, i havent got ma periods fro the month f oct. my weight is 67.2kg,height is 5 feet 8 inch. Till now,no cramps n no tummy pains. No facial hair growth at all. Im unmarried also. I didnt take any sort f medication for the last two months. please help me mam.

If you have no chance of pregnancy ,please don’t worry.once in while anyone can have delayed periods.if it is delayed for more than 2 months ,please have an ultrasound done
