Can anyone suggest me any easy recovery techniques from low BP at home?
Sugar water will do within the first 10 mins u feel u have low BP.
First lie flat and raise your head. Later eat some food with high sugar content and salt content.
Just put few [4-5] Raisins in your mouth and just slowly chew it and have its juice but don’t swallow it. After few minutes you can swallow it. Repeat the same 4-5 times a day u will feel much better

this drink will be very effective with lemon
u can take lemon juice with salt when u feel dizzy.
please take 4 almonds as the first thing in the morning after soaking it overnight.this is very good for low BP and also for general health.you need not remove the skin of it.
Eat curd with sugar(lassi) daily. Drink orange juice daily.
This was suggested by my dietician for low BP.
people with low BP have to increase the protein in their diet using sundals and other stuff like sprouts, podi saadam etc. I dont think taking more salt in the diet with incresae the BP.
