hello mango :) Nokia dealers are spread around the country. You must go to a shop which has some kind of customer values. I found this shop in TNagar called Milkyway. There they do, what you are asking for. Also, there is another shop from which I had purchased a cell phone for my friend. It was I think 6610 some model like that. After 1 month, my friend wanted to go in for a different model. We went to the same shop. The owner Mr. Azeez was a real good man. He went about the transfer and giving her another piece which she wanted. She bought the first one for 11,000/- and the second one for transfer it another piece, he said that he wud adjust Rs.10,500/- I really felt it was not bad, afterall, the other places where we went, they gave us a final trade in price of 6500/- only.
