hi pals,
can anyone tell me what are the best exercises to be carried out during the third trimeseter of pregnancy?I'm 8 mnths nw n expecting by the end of next month.
If ur carrying just do exercise as per your gynecologist suggest they will give you a catalog which contains the procedure and poses to do the exercise so follow and do as per there advice

Walking is one the best excercise.. If you have time.. walk one hour in the morning and in the evening.. Dont do brisk walking.. just walk easily..
If you have no chance of pregnancy ,please don’t worry.once in while anyone can have delayed periods.if it is delayed for more than 2 months ,please have an ultrasound done
