Any good travel agent who books railway tickets

I use http://erail.in/ to check out the availability of trains and their timings. The UI is good compared to the indian railways site. But I can't book tickets from here ! When I book the railway ticket online, they charge a lot for the online transaction. And they allow only one ticket purchase per transaction (so if I book a ticket say from chennai to bangalore and back, I've to pay 2 transaction fees!). This is apart from the reservation fees. I don't know if railways is charging me or the banks are charging me. But the banks don't charge me for payment of other things like cell phone or credit card bills! Thanks for the info mom.
