What tips do you have for brothers ages 13 and 11 who constantly fight and are like night and day?

It is very clear. They are both competing for your attention. Take time to spend with both boys separately without the other. Try to do this as much as possible, even if it is a bike ride, walk in the park, or playing a video game together. Ask them to teach you about something they are interested in. You will see the difference.
