hi barmee, the last time I heard abt this school was in a movie where Vivek, the comedian used to tell a group of people that this was the school where he studied. :))

I heard that this school is good. But they preach about their god (i am not sure who it is - its some saint whom they follow). I personally didn't like it when I heard about it. I'll try and get you more details from my friends.

This is from Nilofer - my chennaimoms friend...

They do not believe in God and say that Lalaji is a messenger and he can only grant you "Moksh".... Earlier I was also a bit reluctant... But thankfully not seen any signs of change in Umar or might be because he's small.... Let's see... Student teacher ratio is good... They do not believe in punishing or shouting at children... Satisfied with Omega as of now...
 

tx Nilofer....i understand that ur son is studying there..i'm planning on moving to manapakkam some time next year and found this school listed near by ( i hope it is nearby as i am still not familiar to that part of chennai :) ) Is he under the CBSE syllabus there ? also heard about pon vidyashram strarting braches in porur and manapakkam...any idea about that school ??  As u say as long as there is no negative impact on the child, it does not matter. Only the education matters !!!

I am part of the meditation group and my opinion is that

Its a good school with great facilities. Teaching methods are good and different. Its only 5 years old. About the " They don't believe in God and lalaji can only grant moksh"... I think it is not correct and it has been misquoted. Almost all spiritualists believe that the absolute God is formless and nameless as reflected in the Vedas. It doesn't mean that they don't believe in God.

Please visit the school and haveon a working day  a chat with the staff.

what many people think about the school is not that right

they teach value based education with the school curriculum thats it.

its going to be the 7th yr f the school.with 1 batch of 12th passed out

they never tell about their master its all a fake statement.

school is an excellent option for our children to learn and grow.

the schools main aim is ti produce excellent citizens

school combines their teaching with technology and secures the childs future.

My question is; now that you have your kids in Omega, do you still agree that Omega is a very good school...How has the real practical experience been.. are th teachers good? How is the food and the facilities, do the kids have extra curricular activities? how is the teacher kid ratio. how is the transport and infrastructure. what are the opinions of other parents? Please let me know.... as I woudl like to put my kid in this school...

My son of age 5 's urine is always surrounded by ants. Is he diabetic? Bcoz my father and grandparents are diabetic. I'm not. Please help me.

If your son is otherwise fine, Urine surrounded by ants is no indication that someone is diabetic , this is quite a common feature, but because diabetes runs in families so whenever you visit your paediatrician next do discuss your family history with him so that he/she  can keep a watch.

No 2 kids are same so u cannot compare him with your daughter, From what you have written, doesn’t looks like there is a problem, some kids start speaking late, so if his understanding of things and hearing is all right,don’t worry, just continue talking to him, reading to him and otherwise stimulating him and just relax and enjoy your babies!
