hai, if ur giving feed to your baby then no tought of excercise. after feeding completion then you just enter into your household works, baby work and also yours. thts enough for the initial days . after baby had 1 year of age you will first start with walking of an 1/2 hour initially in any of your comfortable times. after 2 months of daily walking you will do some abdominal exceicises to tightn the womb. but dont do skipping after your delivery in any time means rest of the life.
