Oats cud be the answer to her breakfast. Mix it in Milk, with some Almonds and Raisins for nourishment. Chukka Roti with pepper boiled (microwaved) vegetables with a piece of garlic cud do some lunch magic, to bring down her belly. (if she possesses one). As for her Abs tone down, stomache exercises as advised by a Yoga expert wud be a perfect fit. To get her into shape on her legs and thighs, nothing but mere walking around her house/apartment for 30mins after dinner, every night. Avoid deep fried food and increase levels of protein intake. Sabila, I have lost close to 6kgs after doing the above nutrition plan, in about 7 months now. I too am BIG, but dont fat :) Take care, and if your daughters hunger pranks are to be controlled, the best bet would be Britannia Wheat Crackers (2 pieces) with a glass of buttermilk made with Jeera in it. You can even add ginger, if she likes so that the level of antioxidants are taken care of. Kutty
