hope people benefit from the info given...my only doubt is : is there interview for children for lkg? what questions will they ask them in interviews ...pl. send ur feedback mothers...who had already this interview experiences....thanks...barmee.

I am listing few things that I heard from moms whose kids got admitted in LKG in various schools. For the Pre-kg interaction at the PSBB they had shown some books of birds, animals etc and asked the child to show few animals which they ask for. They asked for the name of the child, and parents names. They kept some toys in the middle of the room and asked the child to get some toys which they specify( ex: they may ask them to get a ball etc). They asked the child if they can sing a song for them. they asked to throw the ball, jump etc. Not really tough. they just test the kids IQ. With Bhavans, They ask the child to identify pictures, solve puzzles (like assemble the parts of a toy car together etc), sing rhymes etc. All the teachers are very polite and they spoke in all languages from malayalam, tamil, hindi etc - whatever is the mother toungue of the child. With schram academy, the teacher just spoke casually to my son. She asked him to bring a chair for him and sit near her, she asked his name, if he had lunch, what did he eat etc. All in tamil as my son answered in tamil. Hope this helps others.
