Foundation International School (CBSE) is good.

A Pre-school ,u can try kidzee at Mehdipatnam. Its a good pre school. LKG in CBSE /ICSE schools like Meridian,P Obul Reddy in Banjara Hills which follow CBSE  and Kalpa (ICSE).

Roots Mont House For Children School, Little Star High School are also in in banjara hills Hyderabad. I think the 2012-2013 admission of this school is going know. But I don’t know how this school is. But I think the fee structure is good in these schools.
