I want to know the kara paniyaram recipe and the apt side dish for the same
if you mean the kara-kuzhi paniyaram, here is the recipe...
Soak 3 cups of idly rice, 1 cup of ural dal. Blend it in grinder like dosa batter. Ferment it and add some salt before you want to make the paniyaram.
Cut the following into very small pieces: 5 onions, 10 garlic pieces, ginger - equal amount to garlic, 4 green chillies, curry leaves and coriander.
Pour 3 spoons of oil, put some mustard and urad dal for thalipu, put the above cut vegetables and add required amount of salt. Fry the above till the onion is brown.
Mix the above fried items to the batter. Mix them well, pour as paniyarams in the paniyaram maker...

HI, if u have idly mauw after 3 days just take a pan little bit oil mustard , greenchill, grated carrot, caspsicm, corrindar just fry for 7 mints mix the idly mauw and all fry things heat the paniyaram pan put little oil and pour mixed mauw in pan try it
