hi to all moms,

i m trying to conceive but not positive till now,

pls help me to know about my ovulation date ,acually my last menstrual period was 26th october,before that 29th september . so i want to know wat will be the lenth of cycle . plz tell me what will be my ovulation date when i try to conceive. thainks!

Hi,

From ur dates, it seems u have 28-31 days cycle.

So u will probably ovulate around 14-17 dys from ur LMP.

U can even monitor ur follicle growth to know when the egg is released.

Have IC during ur fertile period so that the chances of conceiving are high.

I am 20 weeks pregnant & one of my friend suggest me to take the powder of walnuts,cashews, almonds & all other dry fruits are includes in this . if anyone has idea about the name please suggest me...

Nuts should be taken only in limited quantity during pregnancy or otherwise also.one or two pieces of anyone of these nuts will be sufficient.too much of it will make you put on weight more than normal,which is not advised.dry fruits are not needed. You take fresh fruits.dry fruits are for people who are under weight .
