Hi, I searched in google and could find these words suitable for this issue.. I had an ovarian cyst of 14cm which was discovered at my 8 week scan. As it was so large and may of twisted and burst when I got bigger the dr operated when I was 14 weeks pregnant and removed my ovary and the cyst. It was an extremely stressful time as I was concerned about losing the baby whilst be operated on and also had concerns about anesethic and pain relief. Both myself and bubs came through with flying colours.. what a relief. I understand what you are going through and hope all goes well with what you decide to do. Just remember that the drs are the professional and will do their best for your situation. Emma 7 Jan, 2008 Anyways doctors..would know what to do...So don't worry... as such they would have told you that you will not have anyproblem... pray to God and we all in chennaimoms will surely pray for you..I will search more for this in net and let you know...I am hearing this kind of case for first time...so i am unable to give any precautionary measures to you... keep Praying to God and sure nothing will happen to both of you... Think POSITIVE...NO NEGATIVE THOUGHTS OK.. CHEERS.
sst...please don't worry and see how the medicines work..if the cyst doesn't dissolve, please try consulting Dr.Usha Rani at Sri Ramachandra hospital in Porur, for a second opinion. She is the best gynaec in my opinion. However, let us hope that the need for second opinion doesn't arise. I know this is a tough time for you and the baby, but keep praying...Lord never gives up on those who trust in HIM.
Hi, one of my friend had a cyst when she was pregnant. I forwarded her your question and here is what she has replied. Looks like you need not worry
"We found it only in 30rth week of my pregnancy. it was already 11cm's long i guess.since this person is only 7 weeks pregnant, there are lots of chances for the cyst to dissolve, certain cyst assist in the growth of the baby during the first trimester. We need to wait until the second trimester to make sure the cyst is problematic. if it stil persists, then we might need a surgery depending on the doctor's thoughts. Even with the cyst, we need not worry about the growth because the baby will grow normally. I had my c-section in 35th week to remove the baby and the cyst. Things turned out good ..so nothing to worry !"
You are one brave woman sst and yes, continue being so.. This is a great life to live and your kid is going to be one strong man/woman who is going to win over what ever hurdles that may come up and show this world what perseverance takes. I pray to God to keep you both in good health and may we soon celebrate the day your child puts his/her feet down on this earth. May you both be in good health always.
no need to worry dear.even my co sisiter had the same problem..The cyst vanished in another couple of months .She gave birth to a healthy baby..she is fine too..just pray and follow doc's advice.

Most of the Indians are anemic and the diet is not sufficient in iron and calcium.hence we advise routinely iron and calcium supplementation.they can cause some discomfort in the stomach for few people.most of the time it is well tolerated
