You can take him to Chennai Citi Centre.... Watch a movie at Inox... Let your son enjoy at funcity and have a sumptous meal at the food court...

Thats what we friends do when we go out without our hubbies....

 I took my daughter to the crocodile park 2 months ago and she still remembers what she saw and gets excited about it. Nothing much for the elders though but the kids enjoy watching the crocodiles,turtles and snakes most of all.

How about Vandaloor zoo? Some private beach on ECR is also a good option...and if he likes to see stars and sky, you can take him to Birla Planetarium

U can also go to abirami mall...itseems they have kiddy play area n beach is always a good option, even guindy park is good, but be sure u dnt go on tuesday(its a weekly holiday)
