hi subasri,

the weight reducing process is a difficult process once u put weight.but if we follow certain process ,surely weight decreases.it is by the diet process.i also gained after child birth.everyone i met started asking me.i felt bad.then i decided to reduce weight.having kid we cant  leave them and go.i will tell u few diet tips...

6am-cup of tea or milk or cofee.

9am-3 idlys or 3 small dosa.

11am-half an apple or satuchudi juice or any juice u like.,or half pomgranate.

1am-a plate -1/4 of velarika(cucumber) sliced ,1/4 of carrot slices,1/4 of tomato,1/4 of cabbage.

1-1:30-a small cup of rice-same used for all the kulambu,rasam and curd.

5pm-half apple.1/2 cup milk.

6pm-adai dosa-1 or if u r non vegetarian- two egg whites alone.

9pm-3 idlys or 2 chapathis or 2 pooris-

10pm-cup of milk or a n apple.

this is the diet pattern i followed to reduce weigh after child birtht,u too can follow ,

Try avoiding rice, sugar and fried food. Along with the diet you will have to workout. For workouts you can either try aerobics or orbitrek.

 13 Simple Home Remedies to Reduce Weight:

 

1. Salt helps in reducing weight. Add limejuice and salt to lukewarm water and drink empty stomach in the morning to reduce weight.
 
2. Eating 10-12 fully grown curry leaves every morning for 3 to 4 months may be helpful in weight loss for obese and overweight people.

9. Prepare a drink by adding half teaspoon fresh honey and half teaspoon fresh tulsi paste in a luke warm water. It is an effective home remedy for obesity control.
 
10. You can also try this most common and simple home remedy for obesity. Add half teaspoon fresh lemon juice and half teaspoon fresh honey in a luke warm water. Take this every morning with an empty stomach.
