iam 29yrs old . i had 2kids ,one is 4+,and another 2+ ,plz any one suggest me to reduce my weight at home .

the weight reducing process is a difficult process once u put weight.but if we follow certain process ,surely weight decreases.it is by the diet process.i also gained after child birth.everyone i met started asking me.i felt bad.then i decided to reduce weight.having kid we cant leave them and go.i will tell u few diet tips...
6am-cup of tea or milk or cofee.
9am-3 idlys or 3 small dosa.
11am-half an apple or satuchudi juice or any juice u like.,or half pomgranate.
1am-a plate -1/4 of velarika(cucumber) sliced ,1/4 of carrot slices,1/4 of tomato,1/4 of cabbage.
1-1:30-a small cup of rice-same used for all the kulambu,rasam and curd.
5pm-half apple.1/2 cup milk.
6pm-adai dosa-1 or if u r non vegetarian- two egg whites alone.
9pm-3 idlys or 2 chapathis or 2 pooris-
10pm-cup of milk or a n apple.
this is the diet pattern i followed to reduce weigh after child birtht,u too can follow ,
