My baby spits milk comparatively more from I have seen in other babies , resulting a bad odour of milk in all her cloths and in ours too. though I know we should not use more detergent as this can be harmful for her skin Tried the detergent also but didnt get any result...
Suggset me best ways to remove the milk smell from the babies clothes...

Try soaking it in the fabric conditioner you get these days.. It really has a very pleasant odor... It might work..
you may also dip ur baby washed clothes in dettol diluted water for 15-20 mins and dry in sun.

No 2 kids are same so u cannot compare him with your daughter, From what you have written, doesn’t looks like there is a problem, some kids start speaking late, so if his understanding of things and hearing is all right,don’t worry, just continue talking to him, reading to him and otherwise stimulating him and just relax and enjoy your babies!
