i m pregnent its hv started my 9 month, my sister adviced me,i have to take 1spoon ghee with milk and ghee with pulse water(daal k paani k sath 1 spoon ghee) , kya mujhe lena chahiye?
and i want to know hospital jaate samay kya kya carry karna chahiye?kya mai ghar pe abhi setaiyari suru kar du par kya karu??

According to me ghee is largely fat and when there is some residual protein, some minimal quantity of protein. It is a myth that eating ghee will help with delivery, what will help is mom being relaxed and prepared and getting the adequate support she needs through a professional and the support of her husband.
There is no scientific evidence to support this belief of having ghee nearing delivery brings labor easier.
