 R u planning for this year Shobana? Admissions are open with A school. Happened to go to the Anna nagar branch (near Valliammal college), its a house being converted. It is yet to be done, they say it will be ready by the 15th of June. Next year they are planning to shift their premises to another place around 2 kms away from the current one. Their fee is Rs.24k/annum, no capitation.

I went for an interview in A school. Also i got selected for teacher training there, since it was a 2 years program, i didn't join there.

• A- School is montessori school.
•  There are various branches in Ashok Nagar, Anna Nagar, Velacherry, Tiruvanmiyur.
• I think right now they have opened only for children till 5 1/2 years, only after 5 1/2 you  can put them in first standard, which they are opening next year.

Hey Gals...  tks for the info... but Im not looking at any info reg the school admission... I have already admitted my daughter in annanagar branch...i was looking out for some peers  to hear and share more info...

Iam vidhya..I have registered for my son in A-school, velachery branch. We are currently in US and should be moving back to chennai in a couple of months..Till now haven't got any response from the A-school though we registered last month..We did put a note on the registration form about coming to chennai only after a few months..so not sure if they have kept our application on hold.  I am a new member to this site. I am lookinf forward to put my kid who is 2 yrs old in the A school. Pls give me some information regarding the A school located in Anna nagr east. Is the school helpful? And how about the ambience? Does the location support primary stds too?

 I am Reka staying in  porur by next year we have plan to move to meddavakkam so i want to put my daughter in A school velachery branch .She is 2 year 4 months by september only we have planned to put her in play school.

so i want to put her in LKG by next year(2011-2012).I want to know

> she is elegible for LKG she born in FEB25 2008

>is there is any distance limit.  Because by june 2011 we have plannned to shift to meddavakkam

>Transport facility is available

My daughter is already studying as todler in a school. Very good. She is teliling rhymes and all her activities are good. She is 21/2 old. From vijayadasmi they put her in pre kg. Now they conducted culturals each and every child starting from 11/2 to 51/2 participated in that and it is a great job to coordiante for all this for teachers.
