usually by 12th month babies point. If the baby doesn't point till 14th month, check with your paediatrician for detecting autism.

I will say Asha that do not go by what others say but believe in yourself and your pediatrician. All babies are different and there growth process is also different. SOmewhere between 12-15 months, usually babies start pointing out to different things. But check with the dr and whatever she says, follow and believe that. By going by what others say, dun put your baby into a race.
