I'm about 6wks and like with my first I'm starting to not be able to eat or drink anything. The moment food or water touches my lips I have to throw up. I can't stop it.
I had Hyperemesis gravidarum with my first and lost about 30lbs with her before the morning sickness started getting better around 30wks.
I'm hoping to enjoy this pregnancy.
Anyone have any advice on what worked for you, what helped your morning sickness?
Mints worked for me to some extent. Ginger is supposed to help. Smelling citrus in supposed to help as well.
Eating half a fresh orange before going to bed at night is supposed to work. Orange juice will not work. Keep yourself hydrated. If you are unable to drink water, take ice.
Snacking on bananas between meals helps to keep blood sugar levels up and avoid morning sickness.
It is not normal.please check with your doctor .if the baby is alive and healthy then don’t worry .
Ther may be watery secretion which is normal
Most of the Indians are anemic and the diet is not sufficient in iron and calcium.hence we advise routinely iron and calcium supplementation.they can cause some discomfort in the stomach for few people.most of the time it is well tolerated
