There is costume centre under the kodambakkam flyover near the junction of North Usman Road. Old no:73, New no:179, Kodambakam high Road, Chennai-42122229 /42122229 (got the phone numbers from the net). Recently I hired costume for my son participating in his school annual day.
In mylapore, near chitrai kulam there is person who gives it for rent. I do not know the phoen number- but it is on the road where the milk booth is located.
