icse syllabus is heavy when compared to cbse.the english in cbse is manageable whereas ICSE has 2 english papers but CBSE only one.3 science papers in ICSE but only one in CBSE.2papers in social studies but one paper in CBSE.CBSE is student friendly whereas ICSE is more pressure and stressful to students.moreover for IITJEE CBSE IS recommended.
