I need your suggestion regarding pregnancy time exercise,normally i am doing exercise regularly morning and if i have time then i will do evening also,but now i am two month pregnant can i do exercise during pregnancy...and what type of exercise want to avoid during pregnancy & also want to know whether i continue my walk for first four months or want to avoid that also this time.
please suggest me.
what exercise are you doing normally? how old are you? is it your first pregnancy? are you classed as a risky pregnant mother?
avoid risky behavior and sports like bungee jumping, rafting, riding etc. normally walking is recommended but there are also exeptions

Why dont u join some antenatal classes?U need to check first what kinda exercises ur doing... Aviod jerky, ballistic movements... How many months pregnant are u? There are exercises depending on trimesters... Accdgly u can follow... U can go to a physio, who can guide u with antenatal exercises as well as post natal exs...
