please tell me how to increase immunity power to children's? suggest some easiest way to increase immunity power to children?
You need to give atleast a fruit a day. But do not give the same fruit, give all varaieties of fruits, make him eat it as it is , dont make it into juices. When they eat they will have all the needed fiber, vitamins and nutrients. You can also give them badam, cashew which has been soaked over night (mashed) or minced in the mixer with the milk. Make a point that they have banana daily which has great power to increase immunity.Also;
- Dont add too much sugar to small kids food. Sugar will depress immunity. Children will get frequent cold if they take lots of sugar or sweets..
- When common cold give honey with cinnamon powder. Below 2 years you can take half spoon of honey and a pinch of cinnamon powder and give it any time in a day. May be for 2 or 3 days... and avoid giving medicine for common cold..
- Offer lots of fruits and vegetables. If common cold comes often make sure you give fruits before 3PM. Dont give late evenings atleast for few days.
