During 6 months pregnant, does having a high fever is affect baby?

I am in 23 weeks pregnant and now I am affected high fever due to viral infection I am very worried about my baby health, Is it affect my baby ? is it risk for my baby? I am taking some tablets also for fever so please suggest me how to take care of my baby during this time ? and what sort of things I want to do now?

I want to know , Being 6 months pregnant, does having a high fever put the baby at any risk?

Don't be panic. Take proper rest and only take medicine with the advice of ur doctor. Both of u & ur baby will be perfectly healthy.

I feel some milk secretion but im 7 th month of pregnancy now,is it normal to secrete milk from the breast prior to delivery?

It is not normal.please check with your doctor .if the baby is alive and healthy then don’t worry .

Ther may be watery secretion which is normal

I m 11^th week of pregnancy, I am healthy. Do I still need to take iron and calcium tablets? It will create any side effects.

Most of the Indians are anemic and the diet is not sufficient in iron and calcium.hence we advise routinely iron and calcium supplementation.they can cause some discomfort in the stomach for few people.most of the time it is well tolerated
