My doc says taking the following regularly will built the immunity system :

In a day : atleast one cup of cooked dal, one plate of vegetable salad with sprouts, two fruits (minimum), two cups of curds and one glass of milk minimum.

Avoiding junk food, ie., chips, cooldrinks, icecreams, pizzas and burgers etc. will help proper absorption of nutrients from the healthy food.

We all must try to only take healthy snacks like : vegetable sandwitches, sprouts either boiled and seasoned or plain, chikkis (peanuts with jaggery or til with jaggery) and naural juices.

Apart from the above, physical exercise like, walking, playing games will help boosting the immunity levels.

 Intake of vit c rich foods like Amla and Lemon helps boost immunity. You can take Triphala or Chyavanprash. Apart from this regular intake of fresh fruits and vegetables along with regular exercise or Pranayam helps a lot. Good Luck.

eat plenty of protein diet,

Drink plenty of water.

stop drinking cofee.Caffeine robs your body of minerals and vitamins, and it dehydrates you. If you drink coffee, make sure you add an additional two glasses to your water intake per cup of coffee

indulge in good massage, hot bath.
