Hi,

i would like to buy a new car. our choice is alto & santro.

pls tell me which one is best in maintain,mileage etc...

Maruthi is always a good bet for maintenance when compared with Hyundai. But between Santro and Alto, I would opt for a Santro. I am not sure of Mileague details.

always maruthi is best... fuel efficient..maintance, mileage tooo ...so ALTO IS BEST...

but i have a santro... as i feel it is lucky.....hehehehe...look wise better..seating (4 driving) also gd

Alto cannot be compared to Santro..they are not in the same league (smaller engine for Alto). Santro is almost in the same league as the 'great' WagonR (driving one for many years now). So Santro is definitely better than Alto, but WagonR is better than Santro, in my personal opinion. (Maruti service, tall seats, ease of getting in and out, super luggage space, good mileage, easy to navigate in traffic)
