Hair Rebonding might spoil your natural hair and requires utmost care to be taken. So beware. I think Green Trends/Naturals and Lakme are good. The price depends on the hair length.

Straightening/ rebonding will stay on for a minimum of 6 mths...and may be for a yr...depends on how u maintain ur hair...the rates in all the parlors depend on ur hair length..Naturals is good and very professional ...and yes they ve an offer going on..which is worth a try...but u need to sit thru for 4-5 hrs...and shd take good care of ur tresses after that...

Ok first things first...

In my quest in chennai i haven't seen a Pro Standard salone... like never - ever, anywhere and bounce is nowhere close to one. But never the less it and L'oreal Professionals is the best option in chennai i guess.

One thing i agree is good rebonding is never cheap, but certainly not as expensive as they they make it out to be here. India is one of the worst countries to get your hair rebonded with prices ridiculously high. so you dont have anyother choice other than finding the best salon and pay what they demand.Lakme, Green Trends, Naturals are one the worst, E grade Third class salons i have ever seen.

Rebonding done right is one of the best things that can possible ever happen to you. Done right there can be no side effects, People saying otherwise are ill informed.It never touches your scalp so you will be always safe.

1. Shiseido and Yuko... get these then you are one of the luckiest women in the planet.

there are the best, i mean "THE BEST" , the real japanese hair rebonding. if you find them in chennai please lemme know. I got Shiseido in Bangkok till this remembering it brings tears of joy to my eyes - Absolutely PERFECT.

2. Schwarzkopf(shuu-waa-zzz-koff) is considered the second best but it again requires highly skilled people to do juss like shisedo and yuko. Bounce does it ... but i dont know if their people are REALLY good at it..

3.Loreal and Matrix... frankly i have never been interested in them ...but i have seen couple of my friends get them done. If seriousy you guys think its good , then you have no i idea what awwsome is. To be frank they are bad as far as i have seen. My friends jaws dropped when they saw mine.

Lastly maintaining... Sabastian laminates shampoo and conditioner if you can get your hands on it... wash hair every 2 days or as you please (but remember never leave your hair dirty and unclean or soaked in oil overnight. once a week 1 hr oil massage is enough. when ever you see you hair 's clean shine is gone mean sebum has built up and time to wash.)

blow dry till almost completely dry, not fully. Best shampoo option in india is Schwarzkopf Bonacure's shampoo conditioner and moisture kick leave-in conditioner... a must have...

Please don't do:

wash your hair for 3-4 days after rebonding... apply for leave and sit home if you have to. You should"NOT"  ponytail you hair, pleat your hair. you just let it hang stright loose and carry a scarf for windy days. Absolutely no pulling your hair behind your ears, on the long run they will curve.

At the end, you have to maintain your hair wherever you get it done, if there is growth of new hair, that would not be the original texture.
