I have put on more weight after my delivery. I have developed tummy also, I have tried many exercises in my friends guidance. But even though i feel it hard to reduce my weight. I came to know that there is a remedy for overweight in ayurvedic massages. Is there any ayurvedic centers located at mumbai which treats overweight problems. Is that much effective in reduction of weight.
