Hi,

My brother is married before 3 years and stil have no kids. My sister-in-law got 3-4 abortions before and she is trying to conceive now. She doesn't want to repeat the same so she is very careful this time. So she want to know that what preventions should be taken at the time of conceive. Kindly discuss and share some tips and preventions at this time.

i'm sorry about the miscarriages...

Since she has had 3/4 of them.. its better to consult a gyn before trying to conceive and try to find out why she had the miscarriages.... she can guide her properly. all d best to ur sil....

I feel some milk secretion but im 7 th month of pregnancy now,is it normal to secrete milk from the breast prior to delivery?

It is not normal.please check with your doctor .if the baby is alive and healthy then don’t worry .

Ther may be watery secretion which is normal

I m 11^th week of pregnancy, I am healthy. Do I still need to take iron and calcium tablets? It will create any side effects.

Most of the Indians are anemic and the diet is not sufficient in iron and calcium.hence we advise routinely iron and calcium supplementation.they can cause some discomfort in the stomach for few people.most of the time it is well tolerated
