Hi,

I am a mom of two childrens , i have a daughter with 14 years old,now she have a problem in her periods time since she was not geting this type of problems.Now a days she get heavy bleeding during her periods..

I am very worry about this ,any one know what is the reason to get heavy bleeding during periods and what is the remedy for heavy bleeding during periods

Teas made up of Coriander seeds are highly beneficial in the treatment of excessive menstruation. Six grams of these seeds should be boiled in half a litre of water. It should be taken off the fire when only half the water remains. Sugar can be added to it for taste. It should be sipped like tea while it’s still warm.

It is a good home remedy for heavy bleeding during periods,,,
